The petition, filed under Section 108.0.G.3 of the Howard County Zoning Regulations, seeks to approve a preliminary equivalent sketch plan, SP-25-002, River Hill Estates, for a subdivision of 31 residential lots and 4 open space lots on property zoned R-20 (Residential-Single) Zoning District and being developed pursuant to the Residential – Environmental Development (R-ED) Zoning Regulations. The plan filed in this case can be reviewed in the Office of the Division of Land Development, Department of Planning and Zoning of Howard County, George Howard Building, 3430 Court House Drive, Ellicott City, MD 21043.
