The Complete Streets Implementation Team (CSIT) concluded their work in February 2022 with the County Council approval of CR17-2022, adopting a comprehensive revision to the Howard County Design Manual Volume III for Complete Streets. Following adoption of the Complete Streets Design Manual, the County established a Land Use & Transportation Regulation Advisory Group (LUTRAG) to develop recommendations to align the County’s development code with the complete streets policy.  Click here for more information on the LUTRAG.
