Mail-In Ballot Requests
Any registered voter may vote a mail-in ballot. To receive a mail-in ballot you must submit a Maryland Application for Mail-in Ballot.
You can get an application from one of the following sources:

- Maryland Application for Mail-in Ballot (PDF, print and mail)

2026 Gubernatorial Primary Election
The deadlines to request a mail-in ballot for the 2026 Gubernatorial Primary Election are:
For delivery by mail or fax: Tuesday, June 16, 2026
- 8:00 pm if the request is received by mail
- 11:59 pm if the request is received by fax/email
For delivery by Internet (email link): Friday, June 19, 2026
- 8:00 pm if the request is received by mail
- 11:59 pm if the request is received by fax/email
Pick up ballot in person: Tuesday, June 23, 2026 by 8:00 pm
2026 Gubernatorial General Election
The deadlines to request a mail-in ballot for the 2026 Gubernatorial General Election are:
For delivery by mail or fax: Tuesday, October 27, 2026
- 8:00 pm if the request is received by mail
- 11:59 pm if the request is received by fax/email
For delivery by Internet (email link): Friday, October 30, 2026
- 8:00 pm if the request is received by mail
