Land Use & Transportation Regulation Advisory Group (LUTRAG)

The Howard County Council adopted the Complete Streets and Bridges Design Manual with CR17-2022 on February 7, 2022. The resolution also requires the County to convene a group comprised of internal and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive changes to the following documents to reflect to support the intent of the Howard County Complete Streets policy:

  • Design Manual Volume III, Chapters 4 and 5
  • Subdivision and Land Use Regulations
  • Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance
