We’re excited to share with all of you A Racial Equity Framework for Howard County: Launching a Comprehensive Approach. This report builds upon Howard County’s history of civic pride and embracing diversity. The framework focuses on addressing the racial disparities within Howard County’s systems and social dynamics examining socio-economic status, geography, race, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation and other social identities.
