Property Tax Credits

Recordings & Lien Certificates

 

  1. For recordation services, we recommend enrolling with Simplifile which will allow us to receive and process your documents electronically. This also allows your documents to be received at Howard County Circuit Court. Please enroll at: https://simplifile.com/get-connected/
     
  2. For lien certifications as an alternative to mailing, please email requests, including your contact information and parcel number, to the Recordation Office using the email link below. The $50 lien certification fee can be paid online through a payment link we will email back to you when we receive your request.
