Cashier (Banking Operations)
The County Cashier Office is located on the 1st Floor of the George Howard Building, 3430 Court House Dr. Ellicott City, MD 21043 to collect parking violation fines, permit fees, water and sewer payments, taxes and other revenue. Payment made in person can be made by cash, check and money order. Checks should be made payable to Director of Finance, Howard County Maryland. 410-313-2195
Payment Drop Box
A drop box for after-hours payment of taxes, parking violation fines and water/sewer bills is next to the main entrance of the George Howard Building.

Payment Information
Payment options are as follows:
1. E-checks, debit and credit cards can be used online at howardcountymd.gov.
2. Checks and money orders that are sealed in an envelope can be dropped off in the silver drop box located outside the public entrance at the George Howard building in Ellicott City (3430 Court House Drive).
3. Check and money order payments can be mailed to:
