Work on Wheels| Mobile Resources to Jobseekers
The County’s Office of Workforce Development (OWD) has partnered with the Howard County Library System (HCLS) to launch its Work on Wheels program. This new initiative enhances the Office of Workforce Development's range of services by bringing job seeking resources and services, such as resume reviews, connections to jobs and potential training, to underserved communities throughout the county.

When it's time to shift careers, the Office of Workforce Development offers resources and employment services to help job seekers navigate the process.
Our services are designed to assist those returning to the workforce, people seeking a high school diploma, professionals looking for a career change and workers who have been laid off. Eligible job seekers may qualify for skills training, helping them gain a competitive edge.
