ARRESTED: Izehl Battle, 19, of Merriweather Drive, Columbia, was charged with robbery and assault.

A victim reported an unknown male suspect approached her and attempted to take her phone. They got into a physical altercation and the suspect fled without the phone. No serious injuries.
