Howard County Government is partnering with the University of Baltimore’s Schaefer Center for Public Policy to conduct a quality of life survey of Howard County residents. Feedback from this survey will help inform County planning and decision-making across a variety of policy and programmatic areas.
Households have been randomly selected and invited to complete the survey via a postcard sent through the mail. The survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
