Howard County Government is partnering with the University of Baltimore’s Schaefer Center for Public Policy to conduct a quality of life survey of Howard County residents. Feedback from this survey will help inform County planning and decision-making across a variety of policy and programmatic areas.
The survey should take no more than 10 to 15 minutes to complete and is available in English and Spanish. The feedback gathered will help inform County planning and decision-making. If you live in Howard County, your voice matters and your input can help shape the future of our community.
Please complete the survey on UBalt’s Schaefer Center for Public Policy’s “Howard County Resident Survey” website by no later than Tuesday, July 7, 2026.
If you have any questions about the survey or quality of life initiative, please contact Dr. Ann Cotten, Executive Director of the Schaefer Center, acotten@ubalt.edu.
