Howard County Executive Calvin Ball partnered with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve (USMCR), Howard County Government’s Department of Recreation & Parks, and Howard County Public School System to host Ball’s 10th annual USMCR’s Toys for Tots Program giveaway, distributing toys to nearly 4,000 children this holiday season.
