Howard County Executive Calvin Ball has announced that Howard County’s beloved time-traveling Little Free Library, the #HoCoTARDIS, has landed in “New Earth” near the historic, white "Clover Hill” house in the County's Department of Recreation & Parks' Rockburn Branch Park West area, located at 6105 Rockburn Branch Park Road in Elkridge.
