The guides are free to the community; copies are available at 50+ centers, Howard County libraries and government offices.
In May 2014, Howard County announced the Master Plan for the Aging Population initiative, a comprehensive planning process to design the types of services, programs and facilities to address the future needs of this growing segment of the County’s population. In December 2014, a preliminary presentation of findings to date was shared at a series of public meetings. The full report was released in September 2015.
