Information:
- Pets must be at least 4 months old to receive a vaccination.
- Animals may be vaccinated with 1 or 3-year vaccine based on prior vaccination history
- Bring a copy of previous vaccine history from a veterinarian. (3-year vaccination will be documented on the new certificate.)
- A County license for your pet may be obtained at an additional charge ($6.00 for altered--proof is required, $24.00 for unaltered.)
- All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier!
