July 2019 MIHU Open Enrollment

**OPEN ENROLLMENT**

The open enrollment period for the Moderate Income Housing Unit Program (MIHU) begins on July 1, 2019.Applications for HOMEOWNERSHIP will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 31, 2019.

For detailed program information, DHCD will host one MIHU Renters workshop and two MIHU Homeownership workshops to explain eligibility requirements, the application process and the selection process.Workshops are FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, but registration is required.Prospective buyers and renters are ENCOURAGED to register to attend.

To apply for HOMEOWNERSHIP opportunities ONLY, please click here to access a printable application or click here to submit an on-line application. For all application submissions, please be prepared to submit or upload the following supporting documentation for each working adult in the household:

 

  • 3 most recent consecutive paystubs
  • 2018 W-2
  • 2018 Tax returns (all pages)
  • Other income documentation and/or college transcripts for non-working adults
