The Howard County Stormwater Management Division is working on a capital project to repair the outlet structure for the eastern of the three ponds in the Sewells Orchard development. This repair is required due to the poor condition of the existing metal outlet structure. A second public meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at 7:00PM at the Howard County Department of Recreation and Parks headquarters (7120 Oakland Mills Road) to discuss this project.
