The Community Action Council has COVID-19 rental assistance - https://www.cac-hc.org/programs-services/housing-assistance/

The order in this link provides that a tenant can’t be evicted if they can show the court that they can’t pay rent because of income loss tied to COVID19.

If you are renting your home and unable to pay rent during the state of emergency, contact your landlord to discuss your situation as soon as possible.   In the event of a dispute, contact the County’s Office of Consumer Protection (410-313-6420) for assistance.
