Loudon Avenue Traffic Calming Project to Begin in Elkridge
A Howard County construction project to install speed humps, signs, and optical speed bar pavement markings on Loudon Avenue in Elkridge, is scheduled to begin on or about Monday, April 27th. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by late May 2026.
