Vote-by-Mail Ballot Request Deadlines

The deadlines to request a vote-by-mail ballot for the 2020 Presidential General Election are:

  • For delivery by email link: Tuesday October 20, 2020 by 8:00 pm
  • In person: Tuesday November 3, 2020 by 8:00 pm

The deadline to request a Mail-in Ballot was Tuesday October 20, 2020.

Any registered voter may vote a mail-in ballot. To receive a mail-in ballot you must submit a Maryland Application for Mail-in Ballot. You can get an application from one of the following sources:
