ELLICOTT CITY, MD – A Howard County construction project to repave the roadway and parking lots in Centennial Park’s North area, located at 9801 Old Annapolis Road in Ellicott City, has begun. During paving preparation work, the North area of the park will remain open to the public. However, while paving operations are taking place, weekdays, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., the North area will closed, reopening each evening at 5:00 p.m. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by April 1, 2019.
This project is not expected to impact the flow of traffic; however, signs will be posted and flagging operations will be in place to advise motorists of the construction.
