Bonnie Branch Road Culvert Replacement Project to Begin in Ellicott City
A Howard County construction project to replace a failed storm drain culvert near 4747 Bonnie Branch Road in Ellicott City, is expected to begin on or about the week of Monday, July 13th. Signs have been posted to alert motorists and residents of the work, as Bonnie Branch Road from Twin Stream Drive to College Avenue will be closed to through traffic during the duration of the project. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by early August 2026.

Complete Street Improvements to Begin Along Cradlerock Way in Columbia
A Howard County construction project to install six raised intersections and one pedestrian refuge island along Cradlerock Way in Columbia, is scheduled to begin on or about Monday, July 27th. Weather permitting, Phase 1 of this eight phase capital improvement project is expected to be completed by late January 2027.
