High Tor Hill Traffic Calming Project to Begin in Columbia
A Howard County construction project to install speed humps, raised intersections, and a raised crosswalk on High Tor Hill from Phelps Luck Drive to Tamar Drive in Columbia, is scheduled to begin on or about Monday, May 11th. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by late June 2026.
