Complete Street Improvements to Begin Along Oakland Mills Road in Columbia
A Howard County construction project to install a new shared use path along northbound Oakland Mills Road from Guilford Elementary School at 7335 Oakland Mills Road to just north of Guilford Road in Columbia, is scheduled to begin on or about Monday, August 3rd. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by late August 2026.
