ELLICOTT CITY – As the history-making federal government shutdown continues, Howard County Executive Calvin Ball joins executives from the Baltimore metro area to ask that the president and leaders of both houses of Congress end this shutdown. The executives will discuss the concerns they are hearing from their constituents and resources each jurisdiction has available for those affected. Additionally, they will discuss the impact the shutdown is having on their jurisdictions.
