HoCo Works Apprenticeship System is a partnership between Howard County Public School System (HCPSS), Howard County Office of Workforce Development (HCOWD), Howard Community College (HCC), and Maryland Department of Labor (MDDOL) focused on expanding innovative apprenticeship programs in Howard County, aligning partners through a shared vision, unified messaging, and a commitment to workforce development.
