This is the webpage for the Central Maryland Transportation & Mobility Commission which oversees the Regional Transportation Agency of Central Maryland.

Appointed by Executive Order by the County Executive and the County Council, the Office of Human Rights & Equity staffs five Commissions. The work of each Commission varies, but each are committed to furthering human rights and equity throughout the County in their own very distinct capacities.

The CSP Program seeks to meet basic needs and foster safety, security, and well-being for Howard County residents through funding, collaboration, and technical assistance to human service nonprofits.

Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS)  tracks and provides information on homelessness in Howard County.  

The mission of the MultiService Center (MSC) is to enrich the lives of residents in our community by offering a variety of human services and supports, as well as onsite access to 18 partner agencies.

The purpose of the Howard County LEPC is to enhance Howard County’s preparedness and response to hazardous materials incidents by involving the government, private business, non-profit organizations and residents in planning and preparing for such an incident.

Restricted funds are designated for specific purposes by law or policy.

The General Fund is Howard County Government's largest and primary operating fund.

The Office of Transportation develops and implements master plans for pedestrian and bicycle transportation.
