The Community Reinvestment and Repair Fund (CRRF) was established through Maryland’s Cannabis Reform Act of 2023 and is funded by 35% of the state’s adult-use cannabis tax revenue to help address the long-term harms caused by the disproportionate enforcement of past cannabis laws, particularly in Black and Brown communities.
