NEW! Halloween Tricks, Treats and Trees 2020 (in-person event)

This year, join a guided adventure where nature's "tricks" are revealed at delightful stations throughout the nature center and grounds. Make a potion with a witch, go on a visual scavenger hunt through the exhibits, delight in Halloween-inspired outdoor puppet show and visit outdoor stations along our trail to discover all about spooky, mystical and wild creatures. Enjoy a bag of goodies from our sponsors, David's Natural Market and MOMs Organic Market, at the end of your adventure.

Groups of participants are limited to no more than 20 people. The majority of this program takes place outdoors with indoor areas sanitized between groups. Face masks are required. Space is limited. As this program covers a large amount of ground, we recommend this program for children ages 4 years and up. All participants must call 410-313-0400 to register for a time slot: 10am, 11am, 1pm or 2pm on either date (Saturday or Sunday). No online registration.
For younger children or children that prefer an at-home adventure, we are offering a Take Home Halloween Tricks, Treats and Trees for Tots program (see info below).

Trick or Treat Among the Trees
Trick-IN-Treat for Tots

Comments from participants in Robinson's past Halloween events:

This event was well organized, age appropriate, and fun! My child really enjoyed the maze and stamp hunt.

Everything was great! I liked the Halloween trail among the trees. My older son liked pumpkin bowling the best and my little son liked the puppet show the best.

"Best trick or treat program that my son has ever attended. We really like the content and knowledge at each stop."

"Great program, will be back next year and would recommend to friends."

My son loved the sensory bins, witches delight presentation and music and dancing. I loved all of it and the healthy treats.

I loved the fall-themed sensory activities and the energy-expending activities for the older children outside.

I loved the witches brew! She was really entertaining and tried to make sure all the kids got to put something in. Also we always love the sensory bins and music!

"This was a really fantastic program! Lots of great facts and able to keep the kids attention! Loved it!"

"Loved day time, outdoor activity. Great for small kids! Safe, easy, interesting."

"Fun and well done - loved the hands-on."

"So great! So glad we found this!"
