Collision Avoidance Training (C.A.T.) Class

Howard County Police Department's Collision Avoidance Training is a defensive driving and vehicle control program for young drivers developed by the National Traffic Safety Academy. Participants must be ages 16-20, possess a valid Maryland "Class C" driver's license (not a learner's permit) and bring a vehicle to drive during the practical exercises. Cost is $95 per student. Rebuilding #ECStrong: Rebuilding and Preservation

Ms. Lisa Craig, the Chief of Historic Preservation for the City of Annapolis 

During the “Rebuilding and Preservation” session, the City of Annapolis will share their experience in protecting historic structures from flooding damage and document their work on the nation's first Cultural Resource Hazard Mitigation Plan based on the FEMA model guidance.
