On September 30th, Howard County Executive Calvin Ball will deliver his final State of the County address at Howard Community College’s Smith Theatre. During the last eight years, we have led with vision, through uncertainty, and with boldness, conviction, and love. Join to hear the current volume in the story of Howard County.

Event Location
The speech will be delivered in The Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center. Attendees are encouraged to park and navigate to the West Garage located at 5020 Campus Drive, Columbia, MD 21044. The Horowitz Center is a short walk from the West Garage.
