UPDATE February 5, 2026:

Postponed: Font Hill Wetlands Park's Path, Bridge & Stream Stabilization Project

Due to snow, ice, and sustained cold temperatures, Howard County is postponing the Font Hill Wetlands Park Path, Bridge, and Stream Stabilization Project until next late fall/winter to ensure the work is completed safely and in an environmentally responsible manner.

The County will provide advance notice on its website www.howardcountymd.gov/rapFacebook page, and through on-site signage before work begins next winter.

Howard County will delay construction until conditions allow the work to be completed carefully and successfully.
