The County's Department of Public Works  Bureau of Environmental Services’ Storm Water Management Division will hold a community outreach meeting on Wednesday, October 28th, to discuss planned improvements for the Willowood 235 stormwater pond near the intersection of Wesley Lane and Sutton Court in Elkridge.
