This unique program intersects Black History and Conservation History. Local naturalist, Sharon Dorsey, presents an engaging workshop that uncovers the inspiring stories and contributions of African American naturalists including Holt Collier, Ray Arliner Young, Mary Wilson, and Colonel Charles Young.
