Rentals and Party Packages
Content

Roger Carter Community Center offers both room rentals and party packages. View the frequently asked questions and rental request forms for more information regarding rentals or party packages.

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines In Place for Rentals:

  • All rooms have a limited maximum capacity which will be strictly enforced.
  • Face coverings are required at all times indoors, except when actively eating/drinking with physical distancing measures in place.

  • The individual renting the room is responsible for maintaining a guest list for contact tracing efforts, should they be needed. The person coordinating the party/event should also communicate with their guests that they are to self-check for COVID symptoms prior to entering the facility and stay home if they are ill.
  • These procedures may be revised if state/county guidelines change.
