Howard County’s Department of Recreation & Parks invites the public to a Public Meeting on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at the Capitoline Center, 8360 Court Avenue, Ellicott City, MD 21043.
There will be a brief presentation by the project manager and the design team to share the design for a new comfort station that will be built at the Patapsco Female Institute (PFI). This will include providing restrooms, a drinking fountain, and a location to shelter in place when bad weather hits during camps or times when the site is open.
After the presentation, the public is welcome to share their ideas and ask questions.
