4:30pm: Food Trucks open
5:00pm: Video (approximately 20 minutes) from the Howard County Veterans Foundation celebrating the official opening of the Howard County Veterans and Military Families Monument at Vivian C. “Millie” Bailey Park
5:45pm: Live music begins
7:00pm: An approximately 15-minute drone show set to music
The show will use 800 drones to create images in the sky and will be produced by Sky Elements (a finalist on season 19 of NBC’s America’s Got Talent). Drone shows are considered an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional fireworks because they do not produce smoke and have significantly less noise.
This drop-in event is FREE! All are welcome.
