Immerse yourself in the world of books representing Black culture, authors, and stories! Program is aimed to promote literacy, representation, and cultural understanding by centering stories by and about African Americans, giving people a chance to see themselves in books and learn about diverse histories. Participants are welcome to come read, review, and take a few! Storytime and writer discussions will be scheduled throughout the evening. Book donations in good condition are being accepted.
