Police arrested Zongping Zhang, 55, at his residence in the 8400 block of Oak Bush Terrace after they responded around 7:45 p.m. for a report that he shot his roommate. Inside the residence police located the victim, 49-year-old Matthew Ng, suffering from shotgun wounds. He was transported to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center where he remains.
