Shipping Container Permit
The Department of Planning and Zoning may approve a zoning permit for the use of a shipping container as an accessory storage structure, subject to certain restrictions.
*Note: In the RC, RR, and R-ED districts, the use of storage bins, shipping containers, trailers and similar storage facilities may be permitted as accessory storage structures to a principal farming use without requiring a zoning permit
