Buildable Lot Determination Application
This application asks the Department of Planning and Zoning to confirm in writing whether the property at the listed address is a legally created lot that has the potential to receive a building permit for a single-family home or another use allowed by zoning. Any confirmation regarding the buildable status cannot be given until the Department has reviewed a development plan for compliance with all environmental and development regulations.
