Residential Variance Petition
This application is for the Hearing Authority to grant relief from the bulk requirement regulations in residential zoning districts. These petitions have a public hearing requirement and are submitted to the Department of Planning and Zoning for processing.

Fee: $820 plus $50 for each poster required and newspaper advertisement
