Petition for an Amended Preliminary Development Plan in a Mixed-Use District
Petitions to amend a Preliminary Development Plan in a Mixed-Use District are filed with the Department of Planning and Zoning in accordance with the Zoning Map Amendment Process. Download the Zoning Map Amendment Process. Planning and Zoning provides a technical staff analysis, which is forwarded to the Planning Board. The Planning Board will then make a recommendation to the Zoning Board who ultimately approves or denies the amendment request.

Fee: $2,000 for petition, $50 poster fee and newspaper advertisement, plus $14 per acre for map revisions (if granted).
