Zoning Regulation Amendment Petition
Petitions to amend the Zoning Regulations are filed with the County Council and processed through the Department of Planning. Planning and Zoning provides a technical staff analysis, which is forwarded to the Planning Board. The Planning Board will then make a recommendation to the County Council.

Fee: $2,500 per amendment.
