Nonconforming Use Confirmation Petition
The Department of Planning and Zoning (DPZ) may confirm the factual existence of a nonconforming use. These petitions have a public hearing requirement and are submitted to DPZ for processing and decision. DPZ's authority to confirm nonconforming uses does not apply to nonconforming use extensions, enlargements, or alterations proposals.

Fee: $500 plus $50 for each poster required
