Administrative Adjustment Petitions
DPZ may grant relief from the bulk requirement regulations, not to exceed 20% of the requirement. These petitions have a public hearing requirement and are submitted to the Department of Planning and Zoning for processing and decision.

Fee: $400 plus $50 for each poster required
