The Wellness Center at Howard Community College partners with the Howard County Health Department to offer a sexual health clinic three times a week during the academic year. Services include STI/HIV/pregnancy testing, birth control, Well Woman exams, and HPV vaccines. Clinics are offered every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm during the academic year.

Walk-ins and appointments available. Click here to schedule an appointment online. Commercial and private insurance are accepted and we also accept self-pay and fee scale payments. STI Services for those 18 and under are completely free. No one will be turned away for inability to pay.
Health Department Receives Grant to Strengthen Sexual and Reproductive Health Services at Howard Community College
The Health Department is excited to promote and increase student engagement in the Health Clinic at Howard Community College using a grant received from the Institute for Women's Policy Research. Students and staff at HCC who are interested in giving feedback or want to volunteer for additional opportunities to improve the sexual and reproductive health services on campus can complete this survey
