To apply for a Hazardous Materials permit, please login or register at Community Connect

  1. Select Business Owners.
  2. Go to the Permits section, click Add Permit.
  3. For Permit Type, select which type of Hazmat applies to your entity from the drop down menu (Type I or Type V).
  4. There are documents and questionnaires that must be completed.
  5. Once the documents and questionnaires are complete, select "Add Attachments", if applicable, and submit.
  6. Someone from the Fire Marsha's Office will reach out.
