To apply for a Hazardous Materials permit, please login or register at Community Connect.
- Select Business Owners.
- Go to the Permits section, click Add Permit.
- For Permit Type, select which type of Hazmat applies to your entity from the drop down menu (Type I or Type V).
- There are documents and questionnaires that must be completed.
- Once the documents and questionnaires are complete, select "Add Attachments", if applicable, and submit.
- Someone from the Fire Marsha's Office will reach out.
