Residents can still provide testimony online
ELLICOTT CITY, MD – Howard County Executive Calvin Ball, in coordination with the Howard County Health Department, has canceled the Residents' Budget Hearing that was planned for Thursday, March 12th. Testimony can still be provided online.

We want to first and foremost ensure the safety of our community and vulnerable populations,” said Ball. “We still want to hear from all our residents and encourage everyone to provide online testimony.”
