Testimony may be given in-person or virtually via WebEx. Anyone wishing to testify must register prior to the start of the hearing using one of the 2 following methods:

• You may sign up in advance through the TESTIFY website
• You may sign up in-person in front of the Banneker Room via laptop on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 16TH.
