Some classes require being able to get up and down from the floor:
Cardio Kickboxing (no prior experience necessary) at 8:45 am
Core, Stretch, & Release (done mostly on the floor) at 10 am
Seated Strength & Balance at 11 am
Hatha Yoga (done on the floor) at Noon
