The Couch to 1 Mile Program is a 12 week Spring running program designed especially for 50+ Center members who want to learn to run in a supportive and welcoming environment. Members will meet one site each Wednesday morning starting in May. Coach Suki Lee will support and guide members so that you will be ready to complete a 1 mile easy paced running distance by the end of a 12 week program.
